Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card/Netbanking). In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

4. Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?

The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs. 50,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

6. Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) Order

1. All items that have the "Cash-on-Delivery Available" Icon are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"

3. Enter CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.

4. Once the order is verified and confirmed, it will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.

5. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

6. Placing a Netbanking Order or via Payment Gateway

You are required to submit Your information at the time of making an online purchase on the Website. Shop.Clublaptop uses an online payment gateway that is operated by a third party and the information that You share with Shop.Clublaptop is transferred and shared with such third party payment gateway operator. The said operator may also have access to Your online purchase history/details that You make from the Website.

Cancellations and Returns:

1. What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

30 Day Replacement Guarantee - All electronic physical products sold on are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Any product if identified as physically tampered (not manufacturing defect or damage in transit) will not be covered under the 30 Day Replacement Policy.

2. What is not covered in the 30 Day Replacement Policy? 

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial number;
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and any or all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

2. In order to get a defective item replaced

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on 9331393940 within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. You need to ship the item back to shop.clublaptop via courier to our warehouse from where the product was shipped to you.
